Jill Hennessy

This resident of Edmonton, Alberta has a mixed ancestry of Irish, Italian, Swedish, French and Ukranian. Jacqueline's twin is an actress as well. Growing up, Jill became fluent in different languages such as Italian, French and Spanish. As she was 12 years old young, she began to become interested in with acting. She started her acting career in Toronto with David Cronenberg's Dead Ringers playing an escort with their twin sisters. In the following years, she was studying improv at Second City with Deb Kimmet. They made the move back to New York two years later and signed a contract to play the role of an Assistant District Attorney Claire Kincaid in the hit show that has been running for a long time Law & Order. In addition, she appeared in movies including RoboCop 3 (1998), Ron Howard's The Paper (2000) and I Shot Andy Warhol 1996) in her three-year tenure. She worked in a few boring films during the subsequent several years before securing a starring part in the miniseries uremberg alongside Alec Baldwin. Autumn in New York, Exit Wounds and other major projects were scheduled to come. She was cast as a lead on NBC's crime show Crossing Jordan. And in 2007, for her contribution to the show, she received a Gracie Allen as the "Outstanding female lead in a drama Series". In 2000, she was married to the actor who played her Paolo Mastropietro. The couple has two kids together. In 2007, she earned an honorary place to be on the Canada's Walk of Fame.
